satoshi honey - spring harvest
This honey is a classic spring nectar. It is produced from the nectar of rapeseed, dandelion, and fruit blossoms, as well as other flowering plants that bloom between April and May.
The honey is harvested at the end of May. It then matures for two to three weeks and acquires its fine, creamy consistency through regular stirring.
Its flavor is light, mild, and balanced.
