Our honey is harvested twice a year. Each harvest is characterized by the diverse range of blossoms and thus develops its own unique character and flavor.

As a small, artisanal beekeeping operation, we consciously focus on high-quality premium honey rather than industrial mass-produced goods. Therefore, each harvest is strictly limited – to just a few hundred jars.

From April to July, our bees collect nectar from countless blossoms – a process that requires time, energy, and perseverance.

This real work is their proof of work: genuine honey isn't created at the push of a button, but through continuous collection, concentration, and refinement.

Satoshi – the spring harvest

Satoshi is our spring harvest.

It is harvested at the end of May, after the bees have collected nectar from various spring blossoms between April and May.

After harvesting, the honey is transferred from the comb to the extractor. It then matures for two to three weeks, and regular, gentle stirring gives it its spreadable, creamy consistency.

Satoshi has a light, delicate, and balanced flavor – a mild honey that reflects the character of spring.

Nakamoto – the summer harvest

Nakamoto is our summer harvest.

It is harvested between mid- and late July. During this time, the bees collect nectar from linden blossoms and numerous other summer flowers that bloom between June and July.

After harvesting, the honey matures for several months. Regular, gentle stirring gives it its spreadable, creamy consistency.

Nakamoto has a strong and complex flavor – an expressive honey with depth and character.
