This honey is a classic summer harvest. It is produced from the nectar of linden blossoms and other flowering plants that bloom between June and July.

The honey is harvested at the end of July. It then matures for three to four months, and regular stirring gives it its fine, creamy consistency.

Its flavor is strong, complex, and aromatic.
