Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Area
Delivery is available exclusively within Germany and to the European countries listed here.

We do not ship to countries outside of these countries.

Shipping Costs
For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.50 per order.

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €60.00.

For deliveries to the following countries:

• Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Italy,
• Croatia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland,
• Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia,
• Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary
• Switzerland

we charge a flat rate of €19.00 per order.

Delivery Time
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective product description, delivery of goods will take place as follows:

Within Germany, delivery takes 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed upon, after receipt of your payment).

For deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary and Switzerland, delivery takes 2–8 business days after conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment is agreed upon, after receipt of your payment).

Shipping Providers
Shipping is handled by the parcel service providers Hermes or DHL.

Note regarding public holidays

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

In the unlikely event of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately.
