Refund policy

The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the consumer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform us

of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send their communication concerning their exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of Withdrawal

If the consumer withdraws from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if the consumer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of the withdrawal.

The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the consumer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
